I think that's Castle Lake at the right. And you can see the wind is blowing hard at the summit. Brr. Was only about 20 degrees where we were.
The observatory at the end of the road was closed so we just took some time to play in the snow.
The road got a little dicey in spots but Peter knows.

On our way to Mt St Helens, spotted the old A frame house that was buried in 5 feet of mud during the eruption.

I could have kept driving. Cliffs and waterfalls abound along the Columbia River.
